At UBSS, we believe that progress begins with acceptance.
We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral support services for children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other unique abilities. We also offer guidance and support for families and caregivers.

Our services empower individuals to build independent living skills, navigate challenging behaviors, and grow in confidence at home, in the community, and online.

Whether you're looking for in-home ABA therapy, telehealth sessions, crisis intervention, or respite, we’re here to walk beside you every step of the way.

Our Commitment to Autism

At UBSS, ‘No One Left Behind’ isn’t a promise, but a principle — one that shapes how we strive to support every individual with care and intention. We recognize that autism looks different in every person — and that support must be personalized, respectful, and empowering.

Our commitment to autism means:

  • Providing ABA therapy tailored specifically for adults—not just children

  • Using natural, real-world environments for teaching and skill-building

  • Helping individuals strengthen social skills, daily living skills, and communication

  • Supporting caregivers with practical tools and training

  • Promoting acceptance and inclusion in homes, workplaces, and communities

Our goal isn’t only to provide behavior support — it’s to help individuals thrive with dignity, independence, and belonging.

About Lauren

Client Testimonials

Hear from those we've supported on their journeys.

My son WAS always welcome .....

“Lauren is personally, professionally, and academically qualified to address some of the most challenging situations with calm and grace. As the parent of an adult with Autism, I have faced prejudice and exclusion from providers in the community. If your child doesn’t speak or is older than usual clients, you are often left without services and assuredly without qualified providers. This isn’t the case with Lauren. Her thoughtfulness and compassion are beyond measure. There is never an attitude of derision or judgement. My son was always welcome to be who he is with respect and admiration for his struggles. From a parents perspective, Lauren is prompt, kind, and professional.”

She handles it all with grace and joy…

“Lauren is an amazing human being that my whole family appreciates- for her patience, compassion, and character. We had the pleasure of knowing her for the last few years and she has been incredible for our family. She has taken care of my two boys, one with special needs, like they were her own. From outings, to bed times, to birthday parties - she handles it all with grace and joy. She has a gift. My children adore her almost as much as I do”
